Promoting Positive Mental Health at work is not a 'nice to have'.

It is the most strategic piece of work you can do.

WELCOME TO
Mental Health In The Workplace

Have you noticed a decline in the wellbeing and/or performance of your people?

Do you recognise compromised mental health as one of your greatest organisational risks?

Are you looking for a solution?

If you nodded in response to any of these questions,
you are in the right place

Costing employers, between £33 and £42 billion a year, poor mental health is now the number one reason for unplanned absence, with 41% of employees experiencing symptoms of compromised mental health, caused by work, in the last year.

These numbers are rising year on year and the recent pandemic is likely to see them continue.
Unless we are intentional about preventing that.

WHO WE WORK WITH

At Mental Health In The Workplace, we work in partnership with organisations who recognise that the success of their organisation is reliant on the success of their people and that people success ultimately comes down to their level of mental wellbeing.

Organisations like yours.

Often they have already made some steps to better support employees through various interventions, but have come to realise that a sustainable approach to mental health at work requires specialist input.

Regardless of the issues that might motivate an organisation to contact us, they all share one thing in common:

The desire and drive to mitigate mental health risk, by reducing work related stress and the associated challenges and costs…

…and increasing engagement, creativity, productivity and results, through inspiring a culture of employee wellness and promoting a working environment where people thrive, so that the organisation thrives by default.

And that is what we are passionate about and skilled in helping them to achieve!

WHY WE ARE DIFFERENT

We are not just specialists in mental health.  We are also business growth and leadership/management specialists, which means that we bring a commercial perspective to the work we do.

Whilst we believe that promoting positive mental health is the right thing to do, both from a moral and legal perspective, we are primarily concerned with enabling organisations to create the conditions to enable the people who work within them to contribute the best of themselves and ultimately deliver value.

In addition to the generic content provided by other training providers, our training incorporates the most up to date neuro-scientific information and knowledge available.  We are consistently told by our clients that it genuinely equips people to manage their own mental health (and that of their people if they are business owners, or managers).

Our facilitators are not only engaging trainers, but perhaps more importantly, they are also qualified and experienced therapists, running their own practices where they successfully treat individuals suffering with stress and anxiety and a wide range of associated mental health issues, every day.
