Thank you for your interest in our training courses.

Whilst compromised mental health is caused by many factors, there’s no denying that a working environment, where employees are able to manage their own mental wellbeing and managers are able to provide the conditions to enable them to do so, plays a critical role in reducing the impact of compromised mental health on the organisation.

Stigma around mental health has created misunderstanding and has resulted in people being fearful of communicating their challenges and seeking help.

Our training addresses that stigma, presenting the reality that just like physical health, mental health can be improved and sustained when you know how.

It’s about encouraging open dialogue first, having a conversation skilfully, and then enabling that person to improve their own mental wellbeing.

The following workshops are designed for both everyone in the organisation and for managers and support functions.

They can all be delivered both in-person in-house at your premises, or at a location to suit you, and online using a number of online training platforms

All attendees receive a manual and/or workbook which details all learning content and highlights key points to remember and actions to take so that they can refer back and refresh their knowledge, enabling them to implement their new knowledge and tools immediately and with confidence.
