Why Use Us?

The HSE provide a lot of information about mental health in the workplace and guidance on how to address any risk in your organisation.  However, although very much a health and safety issue, traditionally, organisations have viewed mental health and safety as a separate issue to general health and safety.

As a result, many organisations implement their health and safety policy with the support of a health and safety company (which may or may not include adequate protection from a mental health perspective) and then, should they choose to provide mental health support for their people, they seek the support of an company specialising in occupational health to do that.

Often this results in an approach that lacks alignment and therefore limits the effectiveness of the solution.

Now it can be provided under one roof!

We work in partnership with Sphere Risk Health and Safety Management to help organisations inspire a culture of wellness to improve performance and to mitigate risk to both their people and their business

So, in addition to being assured of training that is unique in that, in addition to the generic content provided by other training providers, it incorporates the most up to date neuroscientific information and knowledge available, you can also be assured of the specialist guidance and support of a highly reputable Health and Safety provider and therefore your compliance with health and safety law.
