What Sandie Smith, CEO of Healthwatch, Cambridgeshire and Peterborough has to say about Mental Health In The Workplace.

We had identified a need through our line management of staff and knowledge of best practice for Mental Health Awareness training for our team.

Our experience working with Mental Health In The Workplace was great!  They were very helpful and highly professional and the training has heightened awareness across the team and hopefully made all staff feel valued.

We know that we have more to do though and will be drafting a Time 2 Change Pledge and Action Plan next.

If you are considering Mental Health Awareness training for your organisation, I would definitely recommend Mental Health In The Workplace to deliver it.
